Terms of service
Our terms of service is being finalised and will be published here. Until then, here is what it will say in short — and you can write to us with any question.
In short
- Ordwell is provided to businesses, on a yearly subscription to the plan they choose.
- Your data belongs to your business. You can export all of it at any time, in Excel and Tally format.
- Ordwell computes tax as it is configured and warns on anything that looks wrong; it does not give tax or legal advice. Returns and portal submissions are made by you or your accountant.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST.
- The founding offer (version 1): The first 100 businesses to join the waiting list and confirm their email get their first 3 months of Ordwell free, on any plan, counted from the day their account opens. After that, the plan's normal price applies unless they cancel. One per business. The offer applies to an account opened within 30 days of the invitation.
