Collections
Your money, collected without the phone calls.
See every customer's dues by age, down to the bill. Reminders go on WhatsApp on the days you choose, politely and in the customer's language, and stop the moment the bill is paid. When the money comes in, it is matched to the bills it was meant for.
- Ageing by customer and bill, current every morning
- Reminder ladders you set once
- Payments matched to bills from the customer's own note
- Statements of account sent on WhatsApp

Built for the trade
Everything a distributor runs on.
Credit, batches, schemes, salesmen and vans — each handled the way a distributor already works.
Credit limits that ask, not refuse
An order over a customer's limit goes to the owner to allow or hold, on the phone — so a good order is not lost and a risky one is not shipped by accident.
Batches and expiry
Every batch with its expiry date, picked first-expiry-first-out, and a list of what will expire soon while there is still time to sell it.
Schemes, slabs and free goods
Quantity slabs, free goods and trade offers applied on the invoice, with a dealer shown how close they are to the next slab.
Rates per customer
Price lists and agreed rates per customer, dated, so an invoice always uses the rate that applied on its day.
Salesmen and beats
Each salesman's beat for the day, orders and payments taken on the phone, and their sales and collections reported.
Van sales
Load a van in the morning, sell from it through the day, and settle at evening — sold, returned and short, reconciled.
Stock that matches the godown
Stock by godown, transfers between them, counts that settle the difference, and reorder levels that warn in time.
Secondary sales
Sales by dealer, salesman, beat and item, so you can see who is buying, who has stopped and what is moving.
Purchases
Supplier bills, read for you.
Photograph a purchase bill and AI fills it in — supplier, GSTIN, items, batches, rates and tax — checked for arithmetic and duplicates. You look it over and accept it; then it is in your stock and your books.

FAQ
Questions distributors ask
How do I send payment reminders to customers on WhatsApp?
Ordwell sends them for you. Set a reminder ladder once — for example a gentle note at due date, another at 15 days, a firmer one at 30 — and each customer with an overdue bill gets the right message in their language, with a link to the invoice. The ladder stops as soon as the bill is paid.
Can Ordwell stop an order when a customer is over their credit limit?
It asks instead of refusing. An order that would take a customer over their limit, or that is for a customer with very old dues, goes to the owner for a decision, with the figures in front of them. The decision and who made it are recorded.
Does it handle batch and expiry?
Yes. Items can be tracked by batch with manufacture and expiry dates, picked first-expiry-first-out on the invoice, and listed as they near expiry.
Can my salesmen take orders on the phone?
Yes. A salesman sees the dealers on today's beat, takes their orders and payments on the phone, and the office sees them straight away.
How does Ordwell read purchase bills?
Photograph or upload a supplier's bill and AI fills in the supplier, items, quantities, rates and tax, checked for arithmetic and duplicates. Nothing is entered into your books until a person has looked and accepted it.
Can it match a payment to the right bills?
Yes. When a customer pays and says which bills it is for — in a note, a WhatsApp message or a bank remark — Ordwell reads it and suggests the match. You confirm it.
Get what you are owed, on time.
Ordwell is opening to businesses in small batches. Join the waiting list, and we help you set up and bring your data in from Tally or Excel when it is your turn.
