Questions about pricing
Can I try Ordwell before paying?
Ordwell is opening to businesses in small batches from a waiting list. The first 100 businesses to join and confirm their email get their first 3 months free, on any plan, counted from the day their account opens; after that the plan's normal price applies unless they cancel. To see it first, book a demo and we show it on a business like yours.
Do the prices include GST?
No. Prices are before GST, which is added at 18% on the invoice. Plans are billed once a year.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans are billed yearly — the monthly figure is the yearly price divided by twelve. Yearly billing keeps the price low and means no payment chasing every month.
What happens if we use more WhatsApp messages or AI readings than the plan includes?
You buy a pack when you need one: 1,000 WhatsApp messages for ₹350, or 250 AI bill readings for ₹900. Nothing stops working at the limit without warning.
What does onboarding and migration include?
We bring in your customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and stock — from Tally or from Excel — set up your number series and roles, and train your team. It costs ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 once, depending on how much there is to bring in.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. As you add users, branches or installations, tell us and we move you to the plan that fits; your data and settings stay exactly as they are.
